At Efflorescence Consulting, I walk alongside women through some of life’s hardest transitions—divorce, adoption, and parenting children from hard places. My approach blends professional expertise with lived experience, offering a safe and supportive path forward.
With a degree in Health and Wellness Management and over 15 years in the nonprofit sector, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others heal, grow, and thrive. As a mother of two adopted children, I know the exhaustion, overwhelm, and resilience it takes to rebuild yourself while showing up for your family.

I collaborate with attorneys and adoption agencies to provide trauma-informed, nervous-system–based education for families. These partnerships equip parents with practical strategies to strengthen attachment, resilience, and long-term stability in the home.
Early Education Consultant
Who says kids don't come with instruction manuals? In my experience, understanding where children are developmentally can go a long way in meeting their needs and helping them grow into the humans they were meant to be. Teaching and parenting can be a challenge and we want to do our best for the kids in our lives. My work centers around training and support that opens that instruction manual and makes your work with children less tricky.

Pamela offers nervous-system-centered consulting for mothers navigating overwhelm, burnout, adoption, and major life transitions like divorce. Her work focuses on helping women understand their emotional responses, regulate stress, and build a sense of safety and calm within their bodies. Through practical tools, compassionate guidance, and lived experience, Pamela supports mothers in breaking reactive patterns and creating more connected, peaceful homes.

Emily provides consulting rooted in early childhood education and real-life application for families and organizations supporting children and parents. With a background in education she brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to helping providers and professionals better understand behavior, learning, and emotional needs. Emily’s work bridges knowledge and compassion, helping providers and families feel supported, informed, and empowered.

Our courses are designed to offer deeper support and guided healing at your own pace. Healing Through Divorce supports women in processing grief, rebuilding stability, and reconnecting with themselves after separation. Anchored Motherhood helps mothers develop emotional regulation, inner safety, and resilience so they can show up more calmly and confidently in everyday life. More courses are coming soon, each created with care, clarity, and real motherhood in mind.
