Pamela Mueri is the co-founder of Efflorescence Consulting, supporting women as they learn how to stay steady, present, and resilient, especially in stressful moments. Her work is deeply informed by lived experience. As an adoptive mother, Pamela understands firsthand the emotional toll of parenting children from hard places, especially while navigating burnout, overwhelm, and major life transitions such as divorce. What began as professional training quickly became personal when traditional parenting tools failed to address what was really happening beneath the surface: a dysregulated nervous system shaped by trauma, stress, and survival.
Pamela’s passion is rooted in nervous-system-informed coaching, helping adults understand what’s happening beneath stress, reactivity, and burnout, and how to restore safety from the inside out. Learning to build safety in her own body changed not only how she parented, but how she lived.
Pamela offers trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware support for women who feel overwhelmed, reactive, exhausted, or stuck even after trying therapy, wellness protocols, or mindset work.
This work is especially supportive for adoptive and divorced mothers, caregivers, and women navigating chronic stress or health challenges. She also partners with adoption agencies and child-focused organizations to provide nervous-system-informed education and support for parents. Her mission is simple but powerful: to help mothers feel calm, grounded, and confident in their bodies so they can show up with presence, compassion, and resilience

Somatic Trauma Informed
Emily road to the work she does with Efflorescence Consulting started by becoming a mother. Parenting her first two girls caused a dramatic shift in her perspective, career choices and where her passions were focused. At the risk of sounding cliche- she found what she was meant to do.
Her wish to do her best work and be a good mother resulted in further schooling and collaborations with early childhood professionals. She has a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Her career in caring for children has led her to the non-profit sector, to the Department of Education and as an instructor at the college level. It has reached children from all socio-economic levels.
Her goal is to teach and train best practices in the field of early childhood education so that children have access to quality care from informed adults.
She has and continues to do this through speaking at conferences, creating workshops, and offering training for adults working in the early childhood field. She has created training on essential topics that help raise the high quality bar at your childcare center or she can create training for a specific topic that your center may be needing to focus on.
Not only is training mandatory for Early childhood providers in most states, but it is a great idea to keep reminding and encouraging the people that work closely with children why they do this work, and how to do it best.
