Welcome, We're Glad You're Here!

This is a place where your shoulders can drop, your breath can deepen, and you can finally feel supported as you grow into the mother and woman you were always meant to be.

At Efflorescence Consulting, we specialize in helping adoptive moms, single moms, and women in transition heal from overwhelm, break reactive patterns, and create calmer, more connected homes through trauma-informed coaching and nervous-system–based support.

We also help those who work in early childhood education to feel confident in their abilities to lead and nurture children and families.

Consulting with pAMELA

At Efflorescence Consulting, I walk alongside women through some of life’s hardest transitions—divorce, adoption, and parenting children from hard places. My approach blends professional expertise with lived experience, offering a safe and supportive path forward.

With a degree in Health and Wellness Management and over 15 years in the nonprofit sector, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others heal, grow, and thrive. As a mother of two adopted children, I know the exhaustion, overwhelm, and resilience it takes to rebuild yourself while showing up for your family.

Private 1:1 Coaching
Personalized sessions where we uncover patterns, calm your nervous system, and rebuild from the inside out. You’ll walk away with tools that help you move from overwhelm to peace, reconnect deeply with yourself and your children, and release guilt, shame, and old habits that no longer serve you.

Courses & Resources
Flexible, self-paced online courses and specialized guides designed for adoptive moms and women navigating divorce. Each course integrates nervous-system–based tools and practical steps you can apply immediately.

Community & Group Coaching
Healing with others who “get it” creates powerful transformation. I facilitate group spaces where moms can share, learn, and grow together, reducing isolation and creating supportive community.

Organizational Partnerships
I collaborate with attorneys and adoption agencies to provide trauma-informed, nervous-system–based education for families. These partnerships equip parents with practical strategies to strengthen attachment, resilience, and long-term stability in the home.

About Our Friendship

We met years ago on our yoga mats—two women in very different seasons, unknowingly being woven into each other’s lives. Emily was quietly enduring the deep ache of divorce, pouring her grief into breath and movement. Pamela was preparing to adopt her first child, and admiring Emily’s grace and strength without knowing the storm she was walking through. A simple invitation to co-lead a nutrition class became the beginning of a friendship that would shape both of our lives. Nearly a decade later, when Pamela’s marriage unexpectedly ended, Emily was the first person she called. What began as shared movement and mindfulness grew into shared healing, shared becoming, and a shared purpose. We both believe God places the right people in our lives at the exact right time—and Efflorescence exists because two women chose healing, chose growth, and chose to walk each other home.

CONSULTING WITH EMILY

Are there areas you wish your staff or yourself knew more about or had support in implementing? I'm excited to deliver or create training for you and your childcare facility, early childhood conference or cohort.

I've spent my life and my career as an educator supporting the rise of quality in the Child Care setting, where kindness and love are essentials in building a healthy environment.

I'm passionate and dedicated to enhancing the quality of early childhood settings and supporting the professionals who make a significant impact in this vital stage of development.

With a strong belief in the power of education and personal growth, I'm creating and facilitating innovative classes and courses designed to empower educators, knowing that  as we align with best practices and foster a growth mindset, educators can strive to be our best. It's then that we can provide the highest level of care and education to young children.
